Why choose us?
University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six Colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts.

London College of Fashion is extremely proud to be a global leader in fashion education, research and consultancy. Help us to develop our outreach programme, and you will have the chance to be a vital part of fast-paced, highly creative team working with a range of very talented students.

The role
This is both a strategic and an operational role. You will develop and manage collaborative projects with schools, colleges and the wider community developing the curriculum, planning new courses and delivering inspiring teaching. Just as important will be the way you build strong links with schools, colleges and communities, generating new funding, and getting many more exciting projects up and running. You will be part of a wider Widening Participation team within the college that works with LCF staff to ensure we meet the University’s WP strategy and the targets in the Access agreement.

Your profile

We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with schools and colleges in outreach work within the art and design subject area. You will have a good knowledge of both local and national widening participation agendas, as well as plenty of experience in delivering imaginative outreach activities in a range of settings.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a DBS (previously CRB) check from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from employment. This will depend on the circumstances and background to your offence(s).
