The Hottest Beauty Looks For Black Women

The runway was filled with beauty trends this season, some easier to recreate than others. So get yourself up to date with the runway trends showcased this season to look the part! Wear them all (not at once of cause) or choose the best suited to you.

Rebecca Minkoff was one of many to give us vampy lips. This look is not for the shy; wear your lipstick boldly choosing from a pallet of darker/berry reds. Ladies with fuller lips can opt for the darker shades closer to browns and for smaller pouts, the reds are a go!

This season we’ve seen a lot of eye work from bold twiggy lashes by Prada and Saint Laurent to cat eyes; winged edges, feline liner and arrows. Its all in the lines ladies. We’ve all had bad experiences with mascara layering up and looking like insect legs but the twiggy lash look is just that! Create the look by applying mascara until you achieve a thick layered lengthy look, if you smudge some, wait for it to dry and neatly wipe away .

Adorn your face with the barely there look and appear naturally fresh and  flawless as the Stella McCartney models with bare looking made up faces. This look is great paired up with nude lips or if you want to inject some colour go for a lightly tinted gloss of your choice.

Seeing as we’re fast approaching the Christmas season, it’s just as well that we can add a little shimmer with the metallic trend. The great benefit with this trend is you can choose which half of your face you want shimmered up; eyes, lips or perhaps both, dare to stand out at your Christmas party!

Keeping away from the face, lets focus on hands. Nails were painted from nudes to vampy reds to grey tones to nail art to metallic galactic this season. Regardless of who you are and your preference, there’s enough choice to decorate your nails this winter. We particularly love the vampy reds, perfect for halloween! Take your pick and get painting!
