Rapper 50 Cent is proving to be quite the man of steel. This week saw the rapper involved in a serious car accident as his bulletproof SUV collided with an out of control Mack truck on the Long Island Expressway, New York. The rapper, real name Curtis Jackson was taken to hospital in a neck brace as a precautionary measure and treated for minor neck and back injuries. His spokesperson told ABC News “he is doing fine”.
Fortunately for the rapper, he seems to possess almost cat-like survival skills. Not only did he survive a now infamous near fatal shooting in 2000, he also risked his health for a film role in 2010 dropping more than 50 pounds over the course of nine weeks to play a cancer-stricken football player in “Things Fall Apart” and just last month he was hospitalised over a blockage in his small intestine.
Perhaps Fiddy, who releases his fifth studio album ‘5 (Murder By Numbers)’ in July should consider a career as a stuntman should his album not perform as well as hoped.
