Black Eyed Peas front man Will.I.Aam has revealed that he wanted to sign X Factor hopeful Cher Lloyd from the moment they first met.
The ‘I Got A Feeling’ rapper helped Cole pick her final acts while at the Judges Houses stage of the TV show. He also revealed that he’d love to collaborate with Cher Lloyd, much like he has with her mentor Cheryl Cole.
Speaking to X Magazine Will says, “I really liked that girl Cher. I would sign her – tomorrow, today, yesterday. I wanted to sign her as I left the house.”
He added: “My fear is if she doesn’t hook up with the right creative people, she’s going to end up being too bubblegum. I think she’s going to do something great.”
