Keisha Buchanan has finally made peace with her girlbander past following her sensational ousting from the Sugababes last year. The 26-year-old, who is currently working on her debut solo album, performed solo for the first time in London this past week and played a mix of new tracks and some of the group’s most popular hits such as ‘Overload’ and ‘Push The Button’
Speaking backstage at the event, Keisha said: “I can’t ignore my past'” and also admitted that being on the stage sans backup was more nerve-wracking than she though it would be: “I was shaking, I was trying not to look at my mum who was standing in the front row!”
Keisha’s debut album is set to be released later this year.
