Legendary west coast rapper Snoop Dogg was arrested during a routine check at a border patrol check point in Sierra Blanca, Texas this past Sunday. 40-year-old Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus was on his tour bus when the vehicle was stopped during a routine check as a sniffer dog alerted patrol officers to uncover two containers containing marijuana on board.
Snoop Dogg openly admitted that the drugs was his and was placed under arrest immediately.
The Doggfather is no stranger to law enforcement and has had numerous convictions for possession and in 2007 was given a suspended sentence of three years after pleading no contest to possessing a gun and drugs.
This comes just after the rapper was pictured with another self proclaimed ‘greenfingers’ fellow rapper Wiz Khalifah. Wonder what they got up to…
