Pride and Tilda are looking for the best African or Caribbean recipe of 2012 (which can be accompanied by rice).
We are therefore asking all our culinary inclined readers to send in their best recipes with the preparation methodology for our top celebrity chefs to assess.
There can only be one winner who will take away a cheque for £250 and a special Tilda goody bag as well as being crowned creator of UK’s best African/Caribbean recipe of 2012 in Pride Magazine

Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material) which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.
3. Pride Magazine is the Promoter of this competition www.pridemagazine.com
4. Up to 3 entries per person is permitted. All entries must have an original content element from the entrant or family and not be taken straight from am existing recipe book.
5. Entrants must only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity.
6. The competition commences at 9am on 12/06/12 and concludes on 15/07/12 at midnight .
7. Entries must be received by midnight 15/07/12 GMT. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
8. The prize is for the winner is £250 and a Tilda goody bag (no alternatives will be given) and the winner agrees to have their picture taken for the magazine.
9. Entries can be mailed in by post or sent by email no other forms will be accepted.
10. To submit a complete and valid online entry, entrants will be required to provide various personal details including full name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s. Any contact details entered incorrectly may invalidate the entry. Online entry is free however internet connection rates apply.
11. The judges decision will be final and no entries will be accepted from any staff of Pride Magazine or Tilda Rice
