It would seem that former X Factor UK winner Alexandra Burke has had a huge change of heart where taking a place on the judging panel of the show that made her famous is concerned.
Despite filling the seat of former X Factor UK judge Kelly Rowland when she was ‘ill’ back in 2011 (remember the ‘okay dot com’ controversy?) the 25-year-old singer insists that she’s no longer interested in crushing wannabes dreams. In fact, Burke’s ambitions lie in an entirely opposite field: life coaching.
Speaking during an interview with Lorraine Kelly, the 2008 show winner said, “‘I’m in a different space in my life at the moment, I’m actually currently training to be a life coach. I wanted some more balance in my life and it’s definitely brought a different kind of perspective.” Never fear though, fans of Burke will be happy to note that she’s not turning her back on music just yet. Even though she’s training, she still considers her music career her “priority”.
