Donald Glover maybe king of comedy, but when it comes to black people getting the right representation on TV, Donald thinks the only people up for that job are black people. That’s why on his upcoming new show ‘Atlanta’, the actor/writer/rapper has decided that the writers behind his show are all black, which is almost unheard of in Hollywood and of course Donald knows this. “I wanted to show white people, you don’t know everything about black culture,” said Donald Glover. “You follow Hood Vines, and you have your one black friend and you think they teach you everything, I get it that Deshaun said that black people love – I hate Deshaun.” Donald has brought his younger brother, as one of those staff writers. We’re looking forward to seeing black people being written by black people!
