Remember that Rapture everyone was banging on about a few months back? Well, it actually happened yesterday when Big Brother returned to our screens. We thought the franchise was dead and buried when Channel 4 pulled the plug over a year ago due to rapidly declining ratings and questions over whether the show was still relevant. Channel 5 have revamped the show, and replaced BB favourite Davina McCall with former winner Brian Dowler.
The Celebrity version of the show launched last night and featured inmates, sorry contestants like Kerry Katona, Jedward, TOWIE’s Amy Childs, American Pie alum Tara Reid and the guy who played Jonah on Waterloo Road. (Who? The one who had and affair with and subsequently knocked up his teacher!)
While we at Pride probably won’t watch, we’re sure we’ll be hearing about it…
