Estelle’s upcoming album ‘All of Me’ is set to be worth the wait it seems. The British singer has revealed that she’s hooked up with the likes of Janelle Monae and rapper Common for her third studio album. Estelle let slip that the track ‘Victorious’ featuring Common is one of her favourites on the album: “That song makes you feel like you can fly off a balcony. This song is about saying we made our own way and we’re victorious. This is what we do.”
Estelle also turned to singer/songwriter Ne-Yo to lend a hand on the album. The singer is praised for his ability to get inside the female mind and apparently helped the ‘American Boy’ singer to tone down a song that was too aggressive! “I didn’t want people to leave with a bad taste,” said Estelle, “I asked Ne-Yo to write the song and he came back in an hour as he does.”
The album is set to be released later this year.
