Formula One ace and beau of Pussycat doll Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly shot down any marriage rumours by saying he’s too focused on his career and too busy to put a ring on it.
The statement comes after Nicole’s father, Alfonso Valiente reportedly told the press that the two planned to wed later this year. Nicole was the first to comment, tweeting: “Lewis and I woke up this morning and read we were engaged! Sorry to disappoint you all but its not true.” Lewis echoed her remarks to a German newspaper saying: “We are not engaged and there will be no wedding in the near future. If we marry we’ll have to do it right. But at the moment I live, eat and sleep only for the Formula One championship. Nicole takes her job at ‘X Factor’ and her work for her new album very seriously, too.”
However the couple, who’ve been together on and off for four years, did confirm that they are in the process of moving in together.
