IDRIS ELBA – THE YARDIE MIXTAPE
Inspired by his directorial debut ‘Yardie’ Idris has released an eleven-track mixtape featuring the likes of Chip, Kranium and Cadenza. The third single to be released from this mixtape is ‘Yard’ and features Chip and DJ Toddla T. This mixtape isn’t the first time the actor and DJ has released a musical project. As Elba has previously released the albums Mi Mandela and Murdah Loves John which was both inspired by his lead roles in the film Mandela: The Long Road To Freedom and the TV series Luther. With his most recent single ‘Boasty’ featuring Stefflon Don, Wiley and Sean Paul reigning in the Top 20 UK Chart for eight weeks. We can’t wait to hear more from this musical genius.

Mahalia never disappoints this hot new track is no different. Alongside Burna Boy, the fiery duo turns up on the heat this summer, on a dancehall-inspired beat. Following the release of I Wish I Missed My Ex and Do Not Disturb this song is the third single from her upcoming album Love and Compromise.
