This years’ MOBO Awards promises to be it’s biggest yet and takes place on Friday, November 4th at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.
The nominations were announced earlier this month with Kano and Laura Mvula both up for four awards each.
The Grime MC released his album Made In The Manor this year and is nominated for best male, best album, best song and best grime act.
Laura Mvula is nominated for best female act, best R&B Soul, best album and best video for her song Phenomenal Woman.
2016 has definitely been the year for Grime Music, with Skepta scooping the Mercury Music Prize for Konnichiwa and artists like Wretch 32 and Giggs both releasing top ten albums.
In the best international category Beyoncé, Drake, Justin Bieber and Rihanna are all nominated, but who will win?
We will have to wait until November 4th.
