It seems like the Sugababes might have a little bit of a situation on their hands especially in light of recent reports that the group’s original line-up of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy are set to reform. The current line-up of the UK girl group –as infamous for their revolving door of band members as they are for infighting –features Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and the newest recruit Jade Ewen. Despite all the former members having had their differences in the past –differences which either led them to quit (Donaghy, Buena) or be ousted from the group at one point (Buchanan) they seem to have put them aside to unite against a common enemy. Although they’re technically the founding members of the group, they have no legal rights to the Sugababes name and will have to settle for a new moniker. The group are reportedly in talks with three record labels.
What do you think? Excited about the original trio getting back together?
