Rihanna has definitely had more hairstyles than most of us have had hot dinners, and she’s back with another striking look which she debuted at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards which took place last night at the Staple Centre in Los Angeles.
This super cute pixie cut really does suit Rihanna, as have most of her other diverse looks, so how does she manage to get it right every time? The answer lies with Rihanna’s stylist Ursula Stephen, who explained in a recent interview how they come up with different styles each time, she revealed: “We are always changing it up, experimenting, and having fun with hair. That’s what I love to do! Her hairstyle typically changes depending on what’s on our agenda, what she’s wearing, or how she’s feeling. We take it day by day and event by event, and usually will both bring ideas to the table. It’s always a collaboration, which is such a great way to work.”
Well something certainly seems to be working as this androgynous look, which is similar to the hairstyle the Bajan beauty rocked in her movie Battleship, is looking great. And while that was just a wig, this seems to be the real deal.
