During the winter months I like to give my hair a break from the drying cold weather and other day-to-day damage from heated appliances and brushing so I headed to see Junior Green at his Knightsbridge salon for a hair transformation. Initially my natural hair was cared for with a hydration infused treatment to revitalise my moisture starved locks and blow-dried. I had decided on a Kelly Rowland inspired blunt fringe style, so my hair was cornrowed away and hair extensions expertly sewn in which surprisingly didn’t hurt at all! Then came the cutting, a fringe was chopped longer then necessary so I was able to get the exact length I wanted. A few layers were added to my 18 inches of remi hair for movement and body and voila I was Ms Rowland incarnate, minus the size eight figure, bank balance and Beyoncé as a best friend. My hair was amazing, I felt a million dollars and floated out of Junior Green’s hair salon on cloud nine!
