It’s all looking rosy for GQ’s best dressed man in music Tinie Tempah ahead of the release of his second album Demonstration, the follow up to 2010’s platinum selling Disc-Overy.
The 22-year-old Londoner seems to have taken his time (but not too much) on his sophomore LP, which many in the music industry consider as the album that can set the course for an artists career. It seems as if Tinie’s got nothing to worry about. Pride’s heard from two guys who’ve managed to have a little advance listen and they both had positive things to say. The Voice UK host and Radio 1 DJ Reggie Yates and the lead vocalist from UK group Platnum both told Pride exclusively that Tinie’s new album was “amazing”,”sick” and a “certified banger.”
The Pass Out hitmaker has gone for a more “progressive” and “anthemic” sound for his second album citing the likes Of Lana Del Rey, Lykke Li and a little known British band named Coldplay as his main influences. Fans of the rapper can also look forward to collaborations with DJ Calvin Harris and fellow rapper Dizzee Rascal.
Sounds promising…
