R&B star Usher just can;t seem to catch a break lately. Just this past month, the singer broke down in court due to the stress of the highly personal and gruelling custody battle he’s involved in with ex-wife Tameka Foster. The ‘Climax’ singer can breather a sigh of relief as the woman arrested for stalking him has now been admitted into a psychiatric facility.
Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was arrested outside the singer’s Georgia property after flouting a warning for criminal trespass –ordering her to stay away from the star’s property by returning the next day and even claiming to be Usher’s wife. According to a police report, the singer took matters into his own hands and called the authorities himself after spotting the unwanted admirer on his CCTV camera. Darshelle was admitted to Emory Johns Creek Hospital for psychiatric evaluation and is due to appear in court next month to face the charges against her.
