There’s never been a time where discussions of mental health are as open as they are today – but still, some stigmas remain. In Lanre Malaolu’s semi-autobiographical dance-theatre show, he takes a sharp sideways look at the insidious stigma around mental health issues, asking how race, class and culture can affect the way we choose to address them; and what happens when we don’t.

30th: Sisters Grimm: Mark Baldwin and Soweto Gospel Choir (London)

Enjoy a night of an amazing fusion of South African and Western cultures.
